Customization Policy

CattWorx specializes in custom laser engraved products. Customers may request:

  • Names

  • Dates

  • Quotes

  • Logos

  • Custom artwork

Please double-check spelling and details when submitting personalization requests. CattWorx is not responsible for errors provided by the customer.

If a design proof is sent, the approved proof will be used exactly as confirmed.

Copyright & Trademark Policy

CattWorx respects intellectual property laws.

We cannot engrave copyrighted, trademarked, or licensed designs unless the customer provides written authorization showing they have the legal right to reproduce the image.

Examples include but are not limited to:

  • Professional sports team logos

  • Brand logos

  • Movie, TV, or game characters

  • Copyrighted artwork

Orders that violate copyright or trademark protections will be cancelled and refunded.
