Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personalized nature of our products, custom engraved items cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives damaged or there is a production error made by CattWorx.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To resolve an issue we may request:

  • Photos of the item

  • Order number

  • Description of the problem

If a mistake was made on our end, we will replace or remake the item at no additional cost.

CattWorx is not responsible for errors provided in the personalization instructions once the design has been approved.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled or modified before production begins.

Once engraving has started, orders cannot be cancelled or changed due to the custom nature of the product.
